Grab Ventures Velocity (GVV) 16-weeks programme to help startups scale up faster



In 2018 a Singapore-based technology company offering ride-hailing transport services, food delivery and payment solutions, Grab Holdings Inc, launched a program called Grab Ventures Velocity (GVV).

GVV is a scale-up program for startups looking to grow nationally or regionally and it’s a 16-week programme to help participating companies scale up faster through access to assets, resources, capabilities and networks of Grab and its programme partners and last year 5 startups were chosen to participate in the Grab Ventures Velocity (GVV) Program.

The second intake of the Grab Ventures Velocity (GVV) program has started, which will run from June to August and the theme for the second intake is Empowering Micro-Entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia and GVV opened application has 2 program tracks, the first track. Empower Farmers, which includes innovative solutions that empower farmers by helping them bring affordable, high-quality fresh groceries to customers across Southeast Asia.

The second track, Empower Small Businesses, to discover startups that are pioneering innovative solutions to empower small merchants by lowering their costs, simplifying their operations, and increasing their income.

A successful startup grooming other startups, this is the way to empower the world.
